Terms of Service — Crewtique

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crewtique (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Crewtique is a private network for flight attendants and other aviation crew. You may join only if you verify a qualifying work email or are invited by an existing member, and you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share or sell your account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Acceptable Use

Crewtique is an anonymous community built on trust. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Attempt to identify, "out," or track other members, or otherwise undermine the anonymity of the network.
Disclose confidential, security-sensitive, or operationally restricted information.
Spam, scrape, or interfere with the Services or other users.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Crewtique a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Services. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Moderation

To keep the community safe, we may review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content posted by members reflects their own views, not Crewtique's, and is not professional, legal, medical, or operational advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewtique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
